Holy Cross Medical Group has announced the addition of endocrinologist Brandon Perry, M.D. The Holy Cross Medical Group is a multi-specialty physician employed group of more than 160 physicians providing services throughout Broward and Palm Beach counties.
Board certified in internal medicine and endocrinology by the American Board of International Medicine, Dr. Perry previously served as assistant professor of clinical medicine at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tenn. Prior to becoming a doctor, he served as a nurse at the Children’s Hospital in Birmingham, Ala.
Dr. Perry is a member of the Endocrine Society, American Diabetes Association and American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists. His focus areas include diabetes, thyroid disorders, metabolic bone disease, osteoporosis and parathyroid disorders
He completed a fellowship in endocrinology at Vanderbilt University, where he also completed his residency in internal medicine. He received his medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham, Ala., and bachelor’s degrees in nursing and biomedical sciences from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Ala.
